Delivery Information:

 

All online purchases include a cotton-filled gold-colored gift box, which is packaged into a secure, USPS postal pack. Since all products are usually made to order we will dispatch all online orders within 7 working days. Upon dispatch, you will receive an e-mail confirmation.

 

Delivery Charges:

Free delivery for all orders above $75 (unless there is a promotion). All orders are sent via USPS and therefore may vary in delivery time according to USPS operations.

Returns:

 

Whilst we hope that you will love your Crafted Pulled & Poured Jewelry/ Accessories, items can be returned or exchanged within 28-days from the date of delivery and so long as they are unworn, undamaged and in the original saleable condition as when purchased. If the order was over $75 dollars the customer will be responsible for the costs of return shipping. 

 

A full refund will be dispursed to you within 14 days once the item is returned to Crafted Pulled & Poured.
